PROUD - Environmental Education Centre

Proud is a modern educational centre for environmental education in Horažďovice, Western Bohemia. One of the main activities PROUD offers is environmental educational programmes for preschool, primary, and secondary education. Additionally, PROUD offers long-term (three- to five-day) courses mainly for secondary school students, especially cross-border cooperation with schools from Germany.

PROUD as well as Educational farm is a part of the Horažďovice Youth Center (Dům dětí a mládeže Horažďovice, DDM). Several science-oriented leisure activities for children and summer camps take place here. PROUD offers facilities for seminars, workshops, and other public events for youths, adults, or families.
